They complain when there are no crop circles and often complain when there are, without any understanding of why things aren’t like they used to be in the fields. Take the circle that recently appeared, partly in poppies, on the side of Etchilhampton Hill. Over the weekend we were told by a third party of a new crop circle that had appeared at an undisclosed location. We deflected the question as to why anyone would withhold such details, but learnt the formation’s arrival was announced through one very specific Facebook group.
