Video – Central Weekend (1990)

Central Weekend was an audience based chat show broadcast across the English Midlands. Well known for its often pushy exchanges between guests and audience members, the show cashed in on the anticipation surrounding 1990’s Operation Blackbird cropwatch to discuss the thorny matter of the circles’ causes.

Notable guests on the show included bioengineer and television presenter Professor Heinz Wolff, together with ufologists Jenny Randles and Paul Fuller (wrongly called Dave!), plus increasingly agitated cerealogists Colin Andrews and George Wingfield.
